We are booked for the ride. However, we are cutting out the rock road trip to the northern most point. that puts us a day ahead of the timeline. if anybody is considering that same ideal, we can ride together.

There’s now a Stay page added to the event! When you click on any of the pictures, it’ll take you directly to the Google Maps listing for that hotel. From there, you can easily find the address, phone number, photos, reviews, and all the other details you might need to make your booking. Super convenient and all in one place!

All the hotels are now updated on the map. These are the places where I’ll be staying, but feel free to pick any spot you prefer — hotel, campground, or whatever suits you best!
Before you book, please take a few minutes to go through the event details and schedule again, and reach out with any questions you might have. Some of these places are non-refundable, so it’s important that everyone’s clear and comfortable with the plan before locking things in.
A quick heads-up about Angle Inlet — there’s quite a bit of gravel riding on the way there. If it rains beforehand, the route can get pretty tricky unless you’re on a dirt bike. In that case, we’ll likely skip it and head straight to Thunder Bay instead. If you’d prefer to skip Angle Inlet altogether in advance, that’s totally fine too — we can all meet up in Thunder Bay…

Does Apostle Islands have cabins for rent for one night?
Also note the schedule has changed ..it's 2 nights now in Apostle .. pls don't make any reservations until I confirm final schedule

Gonna change the meeting point on Friday from Traverse City MI to Pictured Rocks. My recommendation is that folks coming from USA, take the Milwaukee route. I know Rick already plans to take it. Louisville KY, Raleigh NC, Texas etc, Milwaukee vs Traverse City is the same distance in miles and hours. If we take the Milwaukee route, when returning we can take the Traverse City route via Maciknac and Tunnel of Trees. This will save everyone a few hours plus you get the best of both. This will have no impact to the folks coming from Canada because they can meet us directly at Pictured Rocks. I am not gonna document pre or post Lake Superior travel plans. We can let each person or group decide what/how etc or we can discuss here and make smaller groups to get there. I will be updating schedule soon.
Anyone in the WNY area that would want to ride thru Canada and stay in Sarnia the first night then take I-75 up to meet up location?
I am seriously considering it .. June means 50% chance of rain and that's a non refundable stay ..also the gravel roads and 12 hours 2 days .. I am totally fine skipping it ... we get more time in thunder Bay or then we stay at Hollow Rock maybe even Duluth one night .. also we get to ride North shore scenic dr
