Registration, Raffle & Giving Back :

Registration is MANDATORY and FREE. Participating in the Raffle is OPTIONAL. Giving Back is OPTIONAL. To ensure the success of the event, we kindly request that each participant consider purchasing raffle tickets and/or donating to our Saving Grace K9 fundraiser. Each dollar during registration equals to 1 Raffle ticket. Each dollar donated to our Saving Grace K9 fundraiser, also gets you 1 Raffle ticket. You will receive your Raffle Tickets at the venue. If you cant make it, we will still add your name to the Raffles. Your support through raffle ticket purchases will greatly contribute to making this event a memorable and rewarding experience for everyone involved. Any excess funds from the Raffle will be donated to Saving Grace K9.

Stay Options :

Anywhere around Elk Park NC is good. Find stay options on Map App or Map url by filtering with "2024 April Ride & Meet" and selecting "Stay | Hotels | Campgrounds"

Pictures, Videos & Event Coverage :

Few folks including but not limited to Bhroman Braapsody have offered to take care of pictures and videos. Be rest assured to get some really cool riding pictures.

3. Gas, Food & Stay is individual responsibility
